    Qiana Dinkins has dedicated 20 years to Amistad Academy Middle School and is deeply committed to the belief that all students can and will achieve when provided with high expectations, meaningful support, and access to a high-quality education.
    Qiana believes that every student has the right to an excellent education and that schools have a responsibility to create the conditions for every scholar to thrive. Her leadership is grounded in strong instruction, student and family partnership.
    After two decades at AAMS, Qiana continues to be passionate about developing young people who are confident, academically prepared, and ready to lead.
