    Justin Tesser

    Justin Tesser is the principal of Achievement First Endeavor Elementary School. Previously, Mr. Tesser served as the school’s second through fourth grades STEM dean. He first joined AF Endeavor Elementary School as a second and fourth grade teacher. While teaching, Mr. Tesser was a grade level leader, a curriculum fellow, a leadership fellow, a Saturday Academy director and basketball coach. As a fourth grade teacher, his class had some of the strongest state test results in New York. Mr. Tesser graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and minor in family studies and human development. He also received a dual master’s degree from Hunter College in general education and special education.
