School Leader

  • Shailah Phillips

Shailah Phillips is the current principal of Aspire Middle School. Before this transition, she started at Aspire as a math interventionalist and then as a math general education teacher, math department chair, math dean, and interim principal for a year and a half. When asked, “What motivates you?” she stated, “The thing that motivates and drives me the most (outside of all of our lovely scholars) is building their love of learning while doing everything possible to work towards closing academic and equity gaps. Simply put, I am here to ensure our scholars get the education they DESERVE !”.
