Achievement First Envision Elementary School is a public charter school located in Providence, Rhode Island. Serving students in kindergarten through 4th grade, we are focused on helping cultivate a love of learning and passion for education that can set young minds up for success in their academic and professional futures.
We are so excited to welcome families to our newest Rhode Island school, AF Envision Elementary!
Cynthia Louis-Dale is the principal of Achievement First Envision Elementary School. As a Providence native Cynthia was very passionate about giving back and staying in her community. Cynthia joined Achievement First in 2015 as a founding Dance Teacher at Iluminar Elementary School. She then became a behavior specialist in 2017 and then served as a dean of Student Experience for 4 years and completed Relay Principal Fellow program. Cynthia led the school in implementing structures and practices with social-emotional learning and trauma informed teaching. Cynthia also was very influential in dropping Iluminar’ s classroom removals and suspensions. She received her bachelor’s degree from University of Rhode Island.
