Cynthia Louis-Dale
Cynthia Louis-Dale is the principal of Achievement First Envision Elementary School. As a Providence native Cynthia was very passionate about giving back and staying in her community. Cynthia joined Achievement First in 2015 as a founding Dance Teacher at Iluminar Elementary School. She then became a behavior specialist in 2017 and then served as a dean of Student Experience for 4 years and completed Relay Principal Fellow program. Cynthia led the school in implementing structures and practices with social-emotional learning and trauma informed teaching. Cynthia also was very influential in dropping Iluminar’ s classroom removals and suspensions. She received her bachelor’s degree from University of Rhode Island.
