Francheska Dominique is the founding principal of Achievement First Envision Elementary School. For the past ten years, she has worked in various positions at Achievement First. Most recently, she served as the kindergarten and first-grade academy dean at Achievement First Providence Elementary. Prior to moving to Rhode Island, Francheska served as an upper elementary school academic dean in Brooklyn, NY. She began her career in education as a lower elementary school teacher at Achievement First Apollo Elementary, where she taught first and second grade. Francheska earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University, and she holds a master’s degree in teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education. She also completed the National Principal Academy Fellowship program through Relay Graduate School of Education and is certified as a PK-12 Building Administrator by the Rhode Island Department of Education.
