Achievement First Elm City College Preparatory Elementary School is a public charter school located in New Haven, CT. Serving students in kindergarten through 4th grade, our curriculum is centered on providing students with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed in every area of their lives.
Lauren D’Addario is the interim principal of Elm City College Prep Elementary School. Prior to this role, D’Addario served as the academic dean for K-2 English Language Arts (ELA), Dean of School Culture, and a third-grade ELA teacher at AF Bridgeport Elementary. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Keene State College, a master’s degree in elementary education from Sacred Heart University, and holds a sixth-year master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
