As the Interim Chief Human Resources Office (CHRO), Siobhan O’Leary will lead the critical talent and recruitment work to staff the Achievement First schools and network. She will use her experiences as a Senior Executive Coach and Leadership Development expert to help bring the Achievement First network to life through activating values and engaging every individual on the team to understand and drive purpose. In her more than twenty-five years of experience as a Human Resources Executive, Siobhan has shown a track record of developing leaders and teams around the globe, protecting strategic visions, holding leaders accountable, creating environments that allow people to learn and grow, and bringing a solution-oriented focus to everything she does. Siobhan is certified as an executive coach from the International Coach Federation and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. In 2007, Siobhan completed a Harvard Executive Education program. She also participated in a course at the French Culinary Institute in New York, in 2008. And recently, Siobhan was invited to participate in the first Women in Leadership Forum in Abu Dhabi during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2015. Siobhan is excited to bring the Achievement First network to life by activating values and engaging every team member to understand and drive purpose.
