Subway Directions

• Take the 3 or 4 subway* to the Utica Avenue stop in Brooklyn. (Both local and express trains stop at the Utica Avenue station.)
• Walk south on Utica Ave. (away from Eastern Parkway, toward Empire Blvd.). Go approximately 6 blocks, crossing Empire Blvd. to East New York Ave.
• Turn right onto East New York Ave. The school is located in MS 391 at 790 East New York Ave. Go through the front doors and check in at the security desk.

*The 3 and 4 trains run express in Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn. One can access the 3 or 4 trains at the Atlantic Avenue stop in Brooklyn: the M, N, Q, R, W, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains stop at the Atlantic Avenue/Pacific Street Station.

Driving Directions

From Points North of Manhattan:
• Go south on I-95 or I-87 to the Triboro Bridge.
• Take the FDR Drive South to the Brooklyn Bridge.
• Follow the directions listed under From Manhattan (Brooklyn Bridge)below.

From Manhattan (Brooklyn Bridge):
• Take the Brooklyn Bridge, which becomes Brooklyn Bridge Blvd./Adams St.
• Turn left onto Tillary St. (Go 0.2 miles.)
• Turn right onto Flatbush Avenue Extension. (Go 0.5 miles.)
• Turn slight right onto Flatbush Ave. (Go 1.1 miles.)
• Flatbush Ave. runs into Grand Army plaza (at a traffic circle). At the Grand Army Plaza circle, bear right onto Eastern Parkway. (Go 1.6 miles.)
• Turn right onto Albany Ave. (Go 0.5 miles.)
• Turn left onto East New York Ave. (Go 0.2 miles.)
• The school is located in MS 391 at 790 East New York Ave. There is no parking lot for visitors, but ample on-street parking is available on surrounding side streets. Go through the front doors and check in at the security desk.

From Points South of Manhattan (Goethals Bridge/Verrazano Bridge):
• Take I-95 North to I-278 East (Exit 13 toward Elizabeth).
• Go approximately 14 miles on I-278 East, crossing both the Goethals Bridge and the Verrazano Bridge.
• Take the 38th Street Exit (Exit 23). (Go 0.1 miles.)
• Turn right onto 4th Ave. and take an immediate left onto 39th Street. (Go 1.0 miles.)
• Turn left onto Fort Hamilton Parkway. (Go 0.5 miles.)
• Turn slight right onto Caton Ave. (Go 1.4 miles.)
• Turn left onto Linden Blvd./NY-27 East. (Go 0.5 miles.)
• Turn left onto New York Ave. (Go 0.6 miles.)
• Turn right onto East New York Ave. (Go 0.5 miles.)
