Our school is near the 3,4 train (Utica Ave.) and the B12, B46, and B17 buses.

Bus transportation is provided to all students from .5 miles to 5 miles. Families may also utilize a paid van service or request MetroCards to be used weekdays before and after school.

Achievement First Crown Heights Middle School is a public charter school located in Brooklyn, NY near the Crown Heights neighborhood. Serving students in 5th through 8th grade, our teachers have created a safe, enriching environment for students to learn, grow, and succeed. Through extracurriculars and educational opportunities, we provide the building blocks of success and are proud to offer a non-profit charter school option for families in Brooklyn.

    Victoria Pierre

    Victoria Pierre is the principal of Achievement First Crown Heights Middle School. Prior to becoming principal, Mrs. Pierre served as the academic dean of mathematics. Before taking on these roles in leadership, she was a dedicated grade team chair, course facilitator, and math teacher, driving strong results that earned her the title of Distinguished Teacher. She started her journey in education when she majored in secondary mathematics education at Boston University as an undergrad and simultaneously learned how to teach through tutoring K-12 math, teaching civics courses at youth programs and teaching English to immigrant families at the Intergenerational Literacy Program in Massachusetts. She was born and raised in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and continues to work to serve her community.
