Elm City College Preparatory Elementary School admits all students by blind lottery. There are no admission requirements, tests or interviews, and there are no admissions or tuition fees. We serve special education students, English Language Learners, talented and gifted students, and everyone else who comes through the lottery to our schools.

Elm City College Preparatory Elementary School offers grades K to four. We admit students entering kindergarten. At all other grade levels, waitlist applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis in order to fill spots that may become available throughout the year, though availability is very limited.
