Achievement First is collaborating with New Haven Public Schools to create The Residency Program for School Leadership, a year-long program to identify and train outstanding school leaders for the New Haven Public Schools. Residents will study and experience best practices from both public charter and district schools. The program provides full salary and benefits for the year, and residents are poised to take on leadership roles in New Haven's highest-need schools.
