Achievement First prides itself on the fact that our students are admitted through a blind lottery with no admissions or tuition fees.
Since Achievement First schools are public schools, our teachers need to be certified by the state in which they teach. We assist in making the certification process as smooth and quick as possible, providing check lists and contacts. In New York, teachers may attend Relay School of Education (www.relayschool.org) to obtain certification and a subsidized Master's degree.

Achievement First's Teacher Career Pathway is a systematic, coordinated approach to recognizing and developing great teachers as they progress through five career stages: intern, new teacher, teacher, distinguished teacher and master teacher.
